1立项背景为掌握抽油井生产动态及判断井下设备的工作状况,测试动液面是生产现场经常而必要的一项工作。现场上应用过程中,由于受设备、环境及人力资源因素限制,存在液面测试率低、测试成功率低、准确程度不高及安全隐患多等诸多问题。一是液面测试操作繁琐,安全隐患多,测试率较低;二是环形空间狭窄(掺油井套管结蜡或小套管井)及液面偏深,声波衰减幅度大,测试成功率低;三是音速指标影响因素多且变化幅度大,采用同一音速计算,液面准确程度低。种种因素致使液面资料测试率、准确率偏低,难以满足现场生产需要。
1 Project Background In order to grasp the production status of pumping wells and determine the working conditions of downhole equipment, it is often and necessary to test the working fluid level at the production site. Due to the limited equipment, environment and human resources, there are many problems such as low liquid test rate, low test success rate, low accuracy and many potential safety hazards in the field application process. First, the liquid level test is cumbersome, there are many safety hazards and the test rate is low. Second, the annular space is narrow (oil well casing waxing or small cased hole) and the liquid surface is deep. The acoustic attenuation amplitude is large and the test success rate is low. Third, there are many influencing factors of sonic velocity index and the variation range is large. Using the same sound velocity calculation, the accuracy of the liquid level is low. Various factors led to the liquid level test data, the accuracy rate is low, it is difficult to meet the production needs of the site.
