华北平原冬春少雨雪,冬小麦常因干旱影响生长,甚至减产。在冬季和早春对小麦进行锄划可以疏松地表土壤,减少水分蒸发,同时去除杂草,起到松土保墒的作用。传统小麦锄划是人工用锄头或三齿钩进行锄草、松土,劳动强度大,作业效率低。为实现小麦锄划机械化,河北省邯郸市农机技术推广站组织技术人员联合攻关,成功研制了“旋转式”和“齿形锄铲式”两种小麦中耕锄划机,并就两种机型分别申请了专利。这两种锄划机可以明显减轻劳动强度,提高工作效率和作业质量。
Winter and spring in North China plain less rain and snow, winter wheat often affect the growth due to drought, or even cut. In winter and early spring wheat hoeing can loose soil surface to reduce evaporation of water, while removing weeds, playing the role of soil moisture. Traditional wheat hoeing is artificial hoe or three-tooth hook for weeding, loosening, labor-intensive, low efficiency. In order to realize wheat hoeing and mechanization, Handan City, Hebei Province agricultural technology promotion station organization and technical personnel joint research, successfully developed “Rotary ” and “Tooth shape shovel type ” two kinds of wheat cultivating hoe machine, and Two models were applied for a patent. These two types of hoeing machines can significantly reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency and work quality.
