我今年81岁,但耳不聋眼不花,身板挺拔,走路轻盈,没有老年病。许多人都羡慕我的身体,问我的保养经验。我爽快地告诉他们,科学的生活方式是我健康的根本原因,而跳绳是我多年来的运动方式。我从小就喜欢跳绳,14岁时就自创了二十多种花样,后来不断创新,到退休时已达五十多种。这五十多种我轮流跳,长年不间断,每天都要到附近的公园,跳上一两个小时。当然,这一两个小时是跳会儿歇会儿,冬天时微微出汗,夏天也不让
I am 81 years old, but I do not deaf my eyes do not spend, tall and straight, walking light, no geriatrics. Many people envy my body and ask my maintenance experience.
