物业管理本来是一项很普通的“我提供服务,你缴纳费用”的服务行业。但是在北京2300家大大小小的物业公司中,能够正常收费的仅占25%。业主有业主的“交费之痛”,物业公司有物业公司的“收费之难”。因为没有一个统一的规则,二者的纷争不断。2005年7月5日,北京市发改委举行了一场物业收费听证会,据悉,听证会之后,北京市建委小区办的“1195”政策体系即将全面出台,这其中就包括详细的“物业收费办法”和“物业服务标准”。然而,物业公司与业主之间的种种纷争,似乎也并不能靠一纸规定彻底解决。这其中,应该包含更多的理性、公平和正义。
