塑性混凝土具有弹性模量低、变形性能好的特点, 能有效地改善墙体应力状态; 但水泥用量减少和大量土料的掺入, 对其抗渗性和耐久性也带来不利的影响。根据国内外的有关研究资料和实际工程经验, 分析塑性混凝土的材料组成和抗渗机理, 认为塑性混凝土能满足防渗墙力学性能和抗渗性能要求, 影响塑性混凝土抗渗性和耐久性的主要因素是胶凝材料性质、用量、水胶比和施工方法。建议对塑性混凝土耐久性的评价方法作进一步研究, 并加强其渗透试验工作。
Plastic concrete has the characteristics of low modulus of elasticity and good deformation performance, which can effectively improve the stress state of the wall. However, the decrease of cement content and the incorporation of a large amount of soil material adversely affect its impermeability and durability. According to the relevant research data and practical engineering experience both at home and abroad, the material composition and impermeability mechanism of plastic concrete are analyzed. It is considered that the plastic concrete can meet the requirements of mechanical properties and impermeability of impervious wall, the main factors that affect the impermeability and durability of plastic concrete The factors are the nature of cementitious material, dosage, water and cement ratio and construction methods. It is suggested that the evaluation method of ductility of plastic concrete should be further studied and its infiltration test should be strengthened.
