采用埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)做为微萃取涂层对水样中的7种多氯联苯进行吸附,建立了固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(SPME-GC-MS)同时测定水样中7种多氯联苯的方法,实验表明,在55℃、搅拌速度为600r/min下萃取30min,230℃下解析6min时,萃取效果最佳,7种多氯联苯的峰面积与量浓度有良好的线性关系,方法的相关系数在0.9918~0.9993之间,按照S/N=3得出检测限为0.05~0.32ng/mL;样品的平均加标回收率为91.6%~126.3%,精密度在4.2%~9.1%之间。
