目的 了解加碘措施落实后,80 年代末出生儿童智商和生长发育水平。方法 1985 至1987 年作者对70 年代末出生的本地区儿童用中国比内量表做了智力调查,并在非病区石家庄做了对照研究。结果 病区儿童平均智商为73.70±12.59,显著低于非病区83.43±11.66。病区农村儿童IQ<69 者多达34.58% ,其精神运动,体格发育等多项指标明显低于非病区。1982 年用三万分之一食盐加碘,以后不断完善并强化补碘。1999 年初用韦氏量表调查了病区8~10 岁儿童106 例,并在非病区石家庄藁城市做了对照观察其结果为实验组总智商(FIQ)言语智商(VIQ)操作智商(PIQ)与对照组相比无显著性差异,但译码分测验实验组显著低于对照组,其余各项分测验与对照组无显著差异,社会生活能力,生长发育情况与对照组无显著差异。实验组甲状腺肿占9.40% 。结论 防治后缺碘地区儿童总的智力水平正常、智力结构、社会生活能力,生长发育情况已达到非缺碘区儿童水平,但智力结构中的手眼协调、注意力、记忆力存在一定缺陷,其原因可能与非智力因素有关。
Objective To understand the IQ and growth and development of children born after the end of the 1980s after the implementation of iodization measures. Methods From 1985 to 1987, the author made an intelligence survey of children born in the region in the late 1970s using the Chinese internal scale and conducted a comparative study in Shijiazhuang, a non-ward area. Results The average IQ of children in Ward was 73.70 ± 12.59, which was significantly lower than 83.43 ± 11.66 in non-Ward. As many as 34.58% of children in rural ward IQ <69, many indicators such as mental activity and physical development were significantly lower than non-ward. In 1982, one-thirty thousandths of salt was added to iodine, and afterwards, it was continuously improved and fortified with iodine. In early 1999, Wechsler’s Scale was used to survey 106 children aged 8 to 10 years old in the ward and compared with that in the non-ward Shijiazhuang Gaocheng City. The result was that of the FIQ VIQ IQ (PIQ) ) Had no significant difference compared with the control group, but the decoding sub-test group was significantly lower than the control group, the rest of the sub-test and the control group no significant difference in social viability, growth and development and the control group no significant difference. The experimental group goiter accounted for 9.40%. Conclusion The total mental status of children with iodine deficiency after the prevention and treatment is normal. The intelligence structure, social living ability and growth have reached the level of non-iodine deficient children. However, hand-eye coordination, attention and memory in the mental structure have some defects. May be related to non-intelligence factors.
