改革开放二十多年来,乌兰县社会经济发展进程不断加快,整体上已温饱有余,正在逐步迈向小康。我们20世纪九十年代制定的小康标准,对全县小康进程情况进行了初步测算,现将测算结果报告如下:全县小康实现程度改革开放以来,我县各级党委、政府按照社会主义现代化建设“三步走”的战略目标,以“治穷致富奔小康”总揽全局,富民强县步伐不断加快。按照青海省小康标准和综合评价方法的规定,分别从整体、城镇和农村小康进程三方面测算,得分最大值为100分,视为已达到小康水平,得分大于90分视为已基本 Over the past two decades or so since the reform and opening up, the social and economic development in Wulan County has been accelerating.
