石油钻杆的接头与杆体摩擦焊接后要进行淬火热处理 ,多采用气雾为冷却介质提高焊缝区的冲击韧性 .根据钻杆焊缝局部气雾淬火的特点 ,选取合理的数学模型 ,用有限元方法计算了淬火过程中温度场的变化规律 .计算中对相变焓进行了等效热容法处理 .在生产现场对钻杆焊缝进行喷雾淬火 ,处理的结果符合实际生产需要
