基于ABAQUS/Explicit建立双脊矩形管绕弯成形三维有限元模型,模拟研究该成形过程的截面变形特征。结果表明:管坯截面的高度、宽度和两脊槽间间距变形量的最大值均出现在沿弯曲方向60°附近的区域;特征截面上这些变形量的最大值分别出现在靠近脊槽顶部棱边的腹板、外棱边与脊槽底部棱边处。而双脊宽度变形量的最大值出现在沿弯曲方向20°附近的区域;在特征截面上其最大变形量出现在外侧脊槽顶部棱边处。变形后出现了较明显的双脊不对称现象。
Based on ABAQUS / Explicit, a three-dimensional finite element model of double-ridge rectangular tube bending was established to study the cross-section deformation characteristics of the forming process.
