采用西屋公司温度场计算程序和上海交通大学自主开发的计算程序对300 MW机组汽轮机转子温度场和应力进行计算,且就高压转子体积平均温度和应力计算结果进行分析比较,结论是两种计算程序所得到的体平均温度相对误差均小于1.5%,说明上海交通大学自主开发的转子在线寿命管理程序的温度场和应力场计算已经达到了制造厂家提供的要求精度。该计算程序可用于对原DEH系统进行改造或进行机组寿命管理。
The temperature field and stress of steam turbine rotor of 300 MW steam turbine are calculated by Westinghouse temperature field calculation program and self-developed calculation program of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The calculation results of the average temperature and stress of high-pressure rotor are analyzed and compared. The conclusion is that the two calculation programs The relative errors of average body temperature are less than 1.5%, which shows that the calculation of temperature field and stress field of rotor life management program independently developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University has reached the required accuracy provided by the manufacturer. The calculation program can be used to transform the original DEH system or the life of the crew.
