在推进素质教育的今天,实现“面向全体学生”“满足每一位学生终身发展的需要”的理念,作为学校基本单位的班级,有一个宽松、民主、和谐的环境,显得尤为重要。特别是作为农村小学的班级工作,在当前面对大量外出务工人员的子女,我们广大农村中小学教师,肩上的担子更重了,面对的问题更复杂了。我们不仅一面教书,更加了为人“父”、为人“母”的义务。同时农村家庭教育的相对滞后,也正严格考验着我们的班级管理水平。“树林中没有完全相同的两片树叶”。同样,一个班级中也不会有两个完全相同的学生。学生是有差异的,应该允许不同的学生得到不同程度的成长。
