由以上四讲介绍的情况可知,国外一些国家在铁路牵引动力的技术诊断方面已发展到相当高的水平了。我国在这方面也做了大量工作。如铁道部科技局在1979年已把“内燃机车故障检测”列为重点课题,安排有关研究所、铁路局和机务段开展了这方面的研制工作,并取得了一定的进展,有的机务段还在力所能及的情况下,做了机油分析,并取得了一定的效果等。但是总的来说,与国外有关国家相比差距还是很大的。为了缩小这方面差距,加快这方面工作进程,在本讲座即将结束之际,提出几点建议,以供参考。
As can be seen from the introduction of the above four lectures, some foreign countries have developed to a very high level in the technical diagnosis of railway traction power. My country has also done a great deal of work in this area. In order to narrow the gap and speed up the work in this area, we will make some suggestions for reference when the present conclusion is coming to an end.
