探讨烫伤宁是否具有镇痛抗炎作用,为其冶疗烫伤提供药效学依据。采用小鼠扭体、激光致痛等模型观察烫伤宁的镇痛效果,用小鼠耳肿法观察烫伤宁外用对急性渗出性炎症的影响。结果为烫伤宁无论灌胃或腹腔注射原药及稀释2~8倍(按02mL/10g体重给药),均显著抑制小鼠扭体反应;大鼠浅Ⅱ°烫伤创面外涂烫伤宁原药及稀释4、16倍药液1mL,可显著提高激光致痛的痛阈。正常耳廓涂药不能对抗二甲苯所致耳肿胀。
To investigate whether the scald injury has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects and provide a pharmacodynamic basis for its scald treatment. The writhing mice and laser induced pain models were used to observe the analgesic effect of Zuolianning. Application of the normal auricle can not be resistant to xylene-induced ear swelling.
