我国行政单位与其所属的事业单位存在着多种形式的业务委托项目,不同部委因为政务不同、成立时间差异等因素的影响,导致其与所属事业单位间的业务委托范围不尽相同。(一)委托事项形成的原因2008年,按照统筹兼顾、突出重点、积极稳妥、分步实施的原则,国家开始深化行政管理体制改革、建设服务型政府。
