目的:观察点式直线偏振光照射对中风后肢体痉挛疼痛干预的效果。方法:随机选取在2012年1月-2014年11月于深圳市中医院康复中心针灸科住院的200例中风后肢体痉挛疼痛患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。两组均采用传统针刺及康复训练,观察组增加点式直线偏振光照射,治疗30 d后比较临床疗效。结果:痉挛评价结果中观察组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率82%;疼痛评价结果中观察组总有效率98%,对照组总有效率82%;肢体功能活动评价结果中观察组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率84%。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统针刺及康复训练增加点式直线偏振光照射对治疗中风后肢体痉挛引起的疼痛及其肢体功能活动的提高疗效显著。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of point-type linear polarized light irradiation on post-stroke limb spasm pain intervention. METHODS: A total of 200 stroke-induced limb spastic pain patients who were hospitalized in the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of Rehabilitation Center of Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2012 to November 2014 were selected randomly and divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The traditional acupuncture and rehabilitation training were used in both groups. The observation group increased point-type linear polarized light irradiation, and the clinical effect was compared after 30 days of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 94% and the total effective rate of the control group was 82%. The total effective rate of the observation group was 98% and the total effective rate of the control group was 82%. The evaluation group of the functional activity of the observation group The total efficiency of 96%, the control group, the total efficiency of 84%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The traditional acupuncture and rehabilitation training to increase point-type linear polarized light irradiation for the treatment of post-stroke limb spasticity caused by pain and limb functional activity improved significantly.
