航空总医院吴大观志愿服务队自2014年3月5日成立以来,志愿服务已深深融入整个医疗服务之中,院内医务志愿者“走出去”(医务志愿者走出医院为社区、企事业单位、军营、贫困地区的民众提供义诊、健康宣教等服务)和院外社会志愿者“引进来”(社会志愿者走进医院为患者提供就诊引导、病房理发等服务)的双向互动成为常态,逐步形成了一支有组织、有纪律、规范化、专业化的志愿者队伍。
