甲状腺髓样癌（medullary thyroid cancer，MTC）患者相较于分化型甲状腺癌患者预后较差，手术方式也相对更加激进。但近年来国内外学者发现，甲状腺微小髓样癌（minute-medullary thyroid carcinoma，MMTC）预后似乎相较其他髓样癌的预后更好，也针对其出现了不同的治疗理念。本文选取国内外近几年关于MMTC的相关文献，对MMTC目前的研究进展进行综述。“,”Compared with differentiated thyroid cancer, patients with medullary thyroid cancer have a poor prognosis, and the surgical approach is also more aggressive. In this paper, the literatures about medullary thyroid cancer in recent years were selected and the current research progress was reviewed.
