目的:观察中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤患者消化道霉菌感染的疗效．方法：临床观察56例，并与服霉菌素35例对照．结果：服药后6日有效率，中西医结合组显著好于对照组（P＜0．05），其对口腔白膜、腹泻、舌苔厚腻等症状和体征的消失和改善均有满意效果，缓解率均在90％以上。生活质量提高，以Karuafsky计分100～70分的患者明显较多，其中80～70分与对照组比较P＜0．05。结论：中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤患者消化道霉菌感染疗效满意，值得推广．
Objective: To observe the curative effect of gastrointestinal mildew in patients with malignant tumor treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
