趋势一:世界能源结构向低碳无碳化方向演变自从石油天然气被人类社会利用以来,世界能源结构逐步向低碳化和无碳化方向演变。过去40年来,世界能源结构低碳化调整已经取得比较明显的进展。尽管化石能源占全球一次能源供应的比重依然保持在81%,但较40年前下降了大约6个百分点,非化石能源上升了6个百分点。而在化石能源内部结构中,也出现了一升一降的态势。降的是石油,升的是天然气。世界能源结构中煤炭的比例曾经也降至27%甚至以下,现在反弹到30%以上,主要是因为本世纪以来中国的煤炭消费增长得太快,把原来的两降一升趋势变成了一降两升(见图1)。发达国家能源结构低碳化步伐更快。从一次能源整体结构来看,尽管OECD国家化石能源占
