信息技术飞速发展的今天,信息化教育也在不断发展,对于教师而言,教育技术能力越来越成为衡量教师专业水平的一个重要标准。不同岗位的人对于教育技术能力的要求也不尽相同。本文详细的分析了目前国内中小学教师教育技术能力的现状,并与国外同一研究领域的现状进行对比分析,为制定相关的培训策略提供有效的依据。
Today, with the rapid development of information technology, informatization education is constantly developing. For teachers, the ability of educational technology has become an increasingly important measure of the professional standards of teachers. The requirements of people with different positions for educational technology are also different. This paper analyzes in detail the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology abilities in China and compares them with the current situation in the same research field abroad to provide an effective basis for formulating relevant training strategies.
