中国是一个能源消耗大国,每年全国能耗约占全世界总能耗的1/3,而中国全国总能耗中,有1/3是建筑能耗。中国现每年有接近20亿平方米的建筑竣工,70%左右是住宅建筑,在既有建筑中,99%是高能耗建筑!为了实现我国十一五目标,建设节约型社会,降低建筑能耗的工作已经刻不容缓。在能源危机和环境污染的双重压力下,为适应对人居环境的可持续发展,顺应世界低碳经济发展趋势,发展太阳能与建筑一体化无疑是建筑业与科技有机结合、实现节能降耗的一种积极的解决方案和发展方向。
China is an energy consuming country with annual energy consumption accounting for about one-third of the total energy consumption in the world, while one-third of China’s total energy consumption is energy consumption of buildings. Nearly 2 billion square meters of buildings are completed in China every year, about 70% of which are residential buildings. In existing buildings, 99% are high-energy-consuming buildings.
