目前我国还尚未建立完善的公务员财产申报制度。实践表明,构建完备的公务员财产申报制度离不开相关配套制度和技术条件的支持与作用发挥。针对目前我国公务员财产申报制度的辅助机制和配套技术条件严重缺位和不足,本文将从相应配套制度和技术条件两方面具体分析现有状况,并结合实际提出完善我国公务员财产申报制度的配套制度和技术条件的对策建议,从而保证公务员财产申报制度建立与实施的现实性和可操作性。
At present, China has not yet established a sound civil service property declaration system. Practice shows that building a complete civil service property declaration system is inseparable from the relevant supporting systems and technical conditions support and role play. Aiming at the current absence and deficiency of auxiliary mechanism and supporting technical conditions of civil service property declaration system in our country, this paper analyzes the existing conditions from the two aspects of the corresponding supporting system and technical conditions, and puts forward the supporting system of improving our country’s civil property declaration system And technical conditions of countermeasures and suggestions, so as to ensure the establishment and implementation of civil service property declaration system, the reality and operability.
