利用半导体恒流管与集成恒流源电路构成恒流源与通常用晶体管、运算放大器等组成的恒流源电路相比,具有体积小,使用方便,允许浮置等优点。迄今为止,国内外已研制、生产多种型号场效应恒流管与恒流集成电路(包括近十多年来快速发展的三端集成稳压块用作恒流源电路),其电流覆盖范围为200μA至10A,其电流温度系数与电流值对应,不能调节,尚难满足各种传感器供电要求。
