建筑施工单位所能够获得经济效益很大程度上取决于工程造价,这不但是企业最为重要的一种资金预算方式,并且也将会对工程项目的正常施工产生直接性的影响。在具体的工程建设过程中,决定最终工程造价水平的因素多种多样,对此必须就此类因素提出一些可行性的应对策略,从而实现对工程造价的合理化控制,并最终为企业带来可观的效益。本文主要就影响工程造价的设计、施工、成本、管理等四方面的因素展开了深入的研究工作,结合本次研究,进一步就提出了一些针对性的工程造价合理控制策略。
The economic benefit that the construction unit can obtain depends on the construction cost to a great extent. This is not only the most important capital budget of the enterprise, but also will have a direct impact on the normal construction of the project. In the process of specific project construction, there are many factors that determine the final project cost level, so we must put forward some feasible strategies to deal with these factors, so as to realize rational control on project cost and finally bring about considerable benefit. In this paper, we mainly carry out in-depth research on the four factors that affect the design, construction, cost and management of project cost. Combined with this study, we put forward some targeted control strategies for project cost.
