用气相色谱法分析了苹果中M系、P系母株,河南海棠中S系母株、中间砧嫁接树和山定子嫁接树叶片的ABA含量。结果表明,叶片的ABA含量愈高,树体愈矮化,叶片的ABA含量愈低树体愈乔化。又分析了作者选育的杂交单系嫁接树叶片的ABA含量,表明叶片的ABA含量与幼树树高、新梢长度呈显著负相关。据此,在砧木选育中以山西山定子嫁接树叶片的ABA含量为基准,以其二、三、五倍值作为杂交单系半矮化、矮化、极矮化的预选指标。试验证明,这是一个准确可靠、易于标准操作、适用于较多种的苹果矮化砧预选新方法。
The contents of ABA in M, P line maternal apples, S series maternal goosebreds, the midland anvil grafting and the mountain statistic grafted leaves in apple were analyzed by gas chromatography. The results showed that the higher the ABA content of leaves, the more dwarfed the tree, and the lower the content of ABA in the leaves, the more the tree was. The ABA content of the single hybrid grafted leaves was also analyzed. The ABA content of the leaves showed a significant negative correlation with the tree height and shoot length. Therefore, based on the ABA content of the roots of Shanxi peduncle in stock selection, the second, third and fifth multiples of the ABA content were used as the preselected indicators of the hybrid dwarf, dwarf and dwarf. Test proved that this is an accurate and reliable, easy to standard operation, suitable for a variety of apple dwarf anvil pre-selected new method.
