本文主要在分别介绍企业社会责任和利益相关者理论的内涵及其发展的基础上,分析了在现阶段企业社会责任所出现的一些问题,引入了利益相关者理论。
Based on the introduction of the connotation and development of corporate social responsibility and stakeholder theory respectively, this article analyzes some problems that appeared in corporate social responsibility at this stage and introduces the theory of stakeholder.
