煤岩裂缝导流能力是进行煤层气产能预测的重要参数。从试验角度分析了闭合压力、支撑剂和煤岩的力学参数、支撑剂粒径、铺砂层数对水平裂缝导流能力的影响。研究结果表明:支撑剂参数对裂缝导流能力影响较大,其中影响最大的是支撑剂的粒径,其次是支撑剂的铺砂层数,最后是支撑剂的弹性模量和泊松比。现场施工时可参考以上顺序进行筛选,以提高裂缝的导流能力。
Coal seam fracture conductivity is an important parameter for predicting CBM productivity. From the experimental point of view, the influence of closure pressure, proppant and mechanical parameters of coal and rock, proppant particle size and the number of sand layers on the horizontal flow conductivity were analyzed. The results show that the proppant parameters have a great influence on the fracture conductivity. The most influential ones are the particle size of the proppant, the proppant sand layer, the elastic modulus of the proppant and the Poisson’s ratio. Site construction can refer to the above order screening, in order to improve the flow conductivity of the crack.
