1977年Yolken首先应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测轮状病毒抗原取得成功,为轮状病毒快速诊断开辟了新的途径。我院于1982年和1983年秋采集婴幼儿腹泻粪便标本,用ELISA方法检测轮状病毒抗原,同时做部分粪便的细菌培养和病毒分离。
