目的了解河南省某高校旅游、酒店、烹饪等专业的大学生对传染病的相关知识、态度、行为现状,为开展健康教育提供科学依据。方法对345名旅游、酒店、烹饪、餐饮专业的在校大学生进行传染病知晓率调查。结果该专业的大学生对新发的传染病知晓率较高,对旧传染病和寄生虫病的知晓率较低。结论在旅游、酒店、烹饪、餐饮等专业开展传染病健康教育效果明显,传染病知晓率明显提高,使该人群在以后的职业工作中树立自我防护和疾病预防意识。因为该行业从业人员缺乏有关传染病知识,在其职业活动中容易造成一些相关传染病的发生,因此加强该行业从业人员的健康教育对阻断传染病的传播和发生意义重大。
Objective To understand the related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of university students in tourism, hotel, cooking and other specialized universities in Henan Province to provide scientific basis for health education. Methods A total of 345 college students in tourism, hotel, cooking and catering specialty were surveyed on the prevalence of infectious diseases. Results The professional undergraduates had a higher awareness rate of new infectious diseases and lower awareness rate of the old infectious diseases and parasitic diseases. Conclusion The effect of health education on communicable diseases in tourism, hotels, cooking, catering and other specialties is obvious. The awareness rate of communicable diseases is obviously improved, so that the population can establish self-protection and disease prevention awareness in future professional work. Because practitioners in this industry lack knowledge of infectious diseases and may easily cause some related infectious diseases in their professional activities, strengthening health education of practitioners in this industry is of great significance for interrupting the spread of infectious diseases and their occurrence.
