目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒 (AOPP)患者肌红蛋白、肌钙蛋白 I水平变化及内在机制。方法对 3 5例 AOPP患者发病后 4、12、2 4小时及第 3、5天取静脉血 ,用放射免疫法测定肌红蛋白及肌钙蛋白 I。结果轻中度中毒组病后 4、12、2 4小时血清肌红蛋白及病后 2 4小时、病后 3天肌钙蛋白 I测值高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;重度中毒组及呼吸肌麻痹组病后 4小时~病后 3天肌红蛋白及病后 12小时~病后 5天肌钙蛋白 I测值显著高于正常对照组及轻中度中毒组 (P<0 .0 1) :呼吸肌麻痹组病后 12小时~病后 5天肌红蛋白水平显著高于重度中毒组 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。结论 AOPP越重 ,肌红蛋白及肌钙蛋白 I升高越显著 ,反映心肌及骨骼肌损伤越严重
Objective To investigate the changes of myoglobin and troponin I in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) and their underlying mechanisms. Methods A total of 35 AOPP patients were given venous blood at 4, 12, 24 hours and days 3 and 5 after onset. The levels of myoglobin and troponin I were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Serum myoglobin at 4, 12, and 24 hours after the mild and moderate poisoning group was 24 hours after the illness, and the measured value of troponin I at 3 days after the illness was higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.05-0.0 .0 1); severe poisoning group and respiratory muscle paralysis group 4 hours after the illness ~ 3 days after the disease myoglobin and 12 hours after the disease ~ 5 days after the disease troponin I measured was significantly higher than the normal control group and light Degree poisoning group (P <0.01): Myoglobin level in respiratory muscle paralysis group was significantly higher than that in severe poisoning group (P <0.05-0.01) at 12 hours after illness and 5 days after illness. Conclusions AOPP more severe, myoglobin and troponin I increased significantly, reflecting the more serious myocardial and skeletal muscle damage
