随着改革开放以来我国社会经济的迅猛发展,包括公路在内的各种基础设施建设任务越来越多,为该任务的主要施工单位公路施工企业带来了巨大的机遇,与此同时也面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争,如果加强公路施工企业的内部控制,不断提高企业的核心竞争力,降低公路施工企业的经营风险,已经成为影响公路施工企业健康持续发展的关键因素。本文就此介绍内部控制的内涵,深入分析当前公路施工企业内部控制中存在的问题,并给出有益的应对建议。
