狂犬病是一种由嗜神经病毒引起的脑炎,是人畜共患的一种自然疫源性急性传染病。近几年来,广州地区不断有病例发生,发病者均死亡,严重威胁人民生命安全。现将广州地区1974～1979年以来发病而死亡的59个病例及有关流行病学调查情况综合如下。调查情况一、发病地区分布: 广州发病地区包括四区、两郊、六县。其中以从化、新丰县为主,特别是从化县自1974年以来,每年都有病例发生,新丰县也逐年增 Rabies is a type of encephalitis caused by neurotropic virus and is a zoonotic natural infectious acute infectious disease.
