目的 在平衡牙合及非平衡牙合状态下 ,对上颌总义齿沿基托中线应变分布进行比较研究。方法 采用有限元法依次对有无正中牙合干扰的上总义齿基托模型进行计算分析 ;采用口内动态电阻应变法 ,分别在平衡牙合及非平衡牙合状态下测量基托中线各点应变值。结果 无论有无正中牙合干扰 ,基托最大应变值均在前部 ,非平衡牙合时应变值明显大于平衡牙合时。结论 非平衡牙合时更易产生基托正中裂 ,对伴有牙合不平衡的正中裂义齿 ,修理后除要调牙合外 ,还应着重检查基托组织面的密贴性
Objective To compare the strain distribution of the maxillary total denture along the midline of the base under the condition of balanced occlusal and unbalanced occlusion. Methods The finite element method was used to calculate and analyze the upper denture base model with or without occlusal interference. The dynamic strain-resistance method was used to measure the strain at the midline of the abutment under the condition of balanced occlusal and unbalanced occlusal occlusion respectively value. Results With or without occlusal interference, the maximal strain values of the base were all in the anterior part. The non-equilibrium occlusal strain values were significantly larger than those of the occlusal occlusion group. Conclusions Non-balanced occlusion is more likely to produce a median fissure of the base, with an unbalanced occlusion of the median fissure dentures, after repair in addition to adjusting the occlusion, but also focus on examination of the adhesive surface of the base care
