目的 :探讨蕨麻的抗应激作用 ;方法 :给 3组小鼠分别连续饲喂蕨麻 0 .50克 日、1 .0 0克 日和 1 .50克 日 60日 ,用小鼠负重游泳实验、小鼠耐寒实验和小鼠常压耐缺氧实验观察蕨麻的抗应激作用 ;结果 :每日饲喂 1 .50克蕨麻的小鼠组的游泳耗竭时间、常压耐缺氧时间和在 -8℃ 3小时的耐受力显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,而实验组间虽有差别但并无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5) ;结论 :给小鼠长期饲喂 1 .50克 日的蕨麻可显著提高小鼠抗应激的能力。
Objective: To investigate the anti-stress effect of Potentilla angustifolia. Methods: Three groups of mice were fed with 0.5 mg, 1, 0, and 1,50 g daily for 60 days respectively. Experiments, mice cold tolerance experiment and mouse normal pressure hypoxia tolerance experiment were used to observe the anti-stress effect of Potentilla anserinae; Results: The swimming time of depletion of mice fed with 1.50 g of Potentilla anesthesia daily and hypoxia tolerance The time and tolerance at -8°C for 3 hours were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the experimental groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Giving mice a long-term feeding of 1.50 grams per day can significantly increase the ability of mice to resist stress.
