现将教育部、国家计委《印发〈关于加强成人高等、中等专业教育事业计划管理的暂行规定〉的通知》((84)教计字024号)转发给你们,并根据我省的实际,做如下补充规定,请一并贯彻执行。一、各类成人高等、中等专业学校,要根据国家和省有关部门的要求和规定,及时编制长远和年度的事业发展计划。地、市、州属学校,由学校报主管部门审定后,上报省主管业务部门,由省主管业务部门审核汇总,报省高教局、计委;省属学校由主管部门审核后直接报省高教局、计委;部属学校在上报上级主管部门的同时,抄报省有关业务厅、局,由各业务厅局报省高教局、计委。省高教局在审核、汇总各主管部门报送的计划的基础上,编制全省成人高等、中等专业教育事业计划草案,报省计委下达执行。 We hereby forward to you the Notice of the Ministry of Education and the State Development Planning Commission on Issuing the Tentative Provisions on Strengthening the Management of Adult Higher and Secondary Professional Education Programs (((84) Qiao Zi Zi No. 024) and according to the actual conditions in our province, Do the following supplementary provisions, please implement it together.
