在电子设计中电路的发展趋向是:改进原有电路特性的基础上,使之所需功耗和空间最小。模拟交换领域在战略没计上也不例外。MT8804A CMOS 8×4模拟开关矩阵是一微功率器件,它取代了若干CMOS MSI组件,且满足在模拟交换系统中需要的精确技术要求。8×4矩阵的构造和极小的通路串音使MT8804A成为应用的理想交叉开关。本文不但提供了器件的功能而且提供了详细的参数,希望MT8804A引入系统的设计中能正确选刚。为更好地说明MT8804A在通信及其他领域的应用和各方面的适应性,本文还提出了一系列的应用电路及说明。
In the electronic design of the development trend of the circuit is: to improve the characteristics of the original circuit, based on the required power consumption and minimum space.
