10月9日,国家发展改革委就《关于居民生活用电实行阶梯电价的指导意见(征求意见稿)》(以下简称《意见》)向社会公开征求意见,引起社会各界广泛关注。大家踊跃参与,积极建言献策,对《意见》提出了许多宝贵意见和建议。截至本次征求意见活动结束时(10月21日中午12:00),通过网络、传真、信件等方式共收到各类意见21794条。其中,通过国家发展改革委网络平台反馈意见21716条,传真及信函意见78条。
