江苏省运河航运有限公司在企业结构调整过程中,紧紧围绕“安全目标责任、宣传教育、规章制度、预防预警、检查整改”五大机制,创新安全生产管理模式,狠抓各项安全生产措施的落实,从根本上买现了五大转变。2004年公司全年发生船舶交通事故起数和损失金额同比分别下降72.7%和92.55%,比全年安全预控指标下降87.7%。安全促进了企业的深化改革和可持续发展,走出了10年亏损经营的困境。
