目的了解深圳市罗湖区残疾人的身体健康现状,为开展残疾人卫生服务提供科学依据。方法对罗湖区登记在册的2 482名残疾人进行健康体检,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果残疾人的高血压、超重和肥胖、高血脂、高血糖、阴道炎等妇女病患病率高于正常人群。一二级残疾人高血压、超重和肥胖、高血脂、高血糖、心电图T波改变等患病率明显高于三四级残疾人。精神残疾人的超重和肥胖、脂肪肝、高血脂、高血糖患病率高于其他类型残疾;肢体残疾人心电图T波改变、胆囊结石(息肉)、肾结石患病率高于其他残疾类型。结论残疾人群是一个高血压、超重和肥胖、高血脂、高血糖及妇女病高发的人群,不同残疾类型高发疾病不同,有必要据此进行针对性的干预。
Objective To understand the status quo of physical health of disabled people in Luohu District, Shenzhen and to provide scientific basis for health services for disabled people. Methods A total of 2 482 persons with disabilities registered in Luohu District were given physical examination, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The prevalence of women with hypertension, overweight and obesity, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and vaginitis in disabled persons was higher than that in normal people. The prevalence rates of hypertension, overweight and obesity, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and T-wave changes of ECG in grade one and two disabled persons were significantly higher than those in grade three or four persons with disabilities. The prevalence of overweight and obesity, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in people with mental disabilities is higher than that of other types of disability. The T wave changes of electrocardiogram, gallbladder stones (polyps) and kidney stones in physically disabled people are higher than other types of disability. Conclusion The disabled population is a high blood pressure, overweight and obesity, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and women with high prevalence of the disease, different types of disability of different diseases, there is a need for targeted intervention accordingly.
