我校是一般中学,地处厦门郊区,教师的配备和教学设备等各方面都不如市区的一般重点中学。但经过几年的努力,我校学生的英语成绩均有了较大幅度的提高。那么,我校如何在比较困难的条件下取得英语教学的较好成绩呢?我感到重视非智力因素是很重要的。下面谈谈自己的几点做法与体会。一要使学生有较高的学习情绪,首先老师必须热爱自己的教学工作,热爱学生,建立融洽的师生关系。有些学生往往是他喜欢某个老师,也就喜欢他所教的学科,所以师生的感情也成为影响学生学习的一个重要因素。做为一个好老师应该热爱学生,
Our school is a general middle school and is located in the outskirts of Xiamen. The teachers’ equipment and teaching equipment are not as good as the general key middle schools in the urban area. However, after several years of hard work, our students’ English performance has been greatly improved. So, how can our school achieve better results in English teaching under more difficult conditions? I feel that it is important to pay attention to non-intellectual factors. Here are some of my own practices and experiences. Some students tend to like a certain teacher and they also like the discipline he teaches.
