目的 调查海鲜饮食与高血压患病状况之间的联系,以期对于高血压病预防提供指导.方法 随机抽取湛江村民474人的饮食、生活习惯及其高血压患病情况作一非条件logsitic回归分析.

目的 调查海鲜饮食与高血压患病状况之间的联系,以期对于高血压病预防提供指导.方法 随机抽取湛江村民474人的饮食、生活习惯及其高血压患病情况作一非条件logsitic回归分析.结果 依高血压的诊断标准筛选出69例高血压患者,高血压患病率为14.56%,经非条件回归分析,年龄、性别、海鲜频率、BMI是危险因素,即年龄越大,男性,吃海鱼多,BMI超标可以增加高血压发病机会;是否为海鱼类、蔬频是保护因素,即所吃海鲜以海鱼类为主,吃蔬菜多可以减低高血压发病机会.结论 食用海鱼类者高血压病患病率较低,但海鲜类食物如虾、蟹、贝类等可能增加高血压发病机会.
