主要描述了河钢唐钢炼铁南区360 m~2烧结机主抽风机电控系统的变频改造方案。从改造的必要性、可行性出发,对原有工频电控系统进行分析,制定出符合需求的改造方案,形成设备清单并组织实施。简要介绍了空水冷却装置的选型及基本原理。对改造效果从启动平稳、优化设备运行状态、节约电能、方便操作四个方面进行了评价。
This paper mainly introduces the frequency conversion reformation scheme of the electric control system of the main exhaust fan of the 360 m ~ 2 sintering machine in the southern district of Hegang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Starting from the necessity and feasibility of transformation, the original frequency-frequency electronic control system is analyzed and a reform plan that meets the requirements is formulated to form a list of equipment and organize the implementation. Briefly introduced the selection and basic principle of empty water cooling device. The effect of the transformation was evaluated from four aspects: smooth start-up, equipment operation optimization, energy saving and convenient operation.
