The optimum extraction and drying method of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (U HMWPE) jelly fiber was discussed and determined. The results showed that the fiber was first ultrasonic multiple extraction under tension, and then tension and dry, the fiber degreasing effect and tensile properties to achieve the best
