气相色谱与微机联用测定半 微量矿物中的二氧化碳 中国科学院地质所 别婉琳 许节贞 为了使二氧化碳的测定能真正达到简便、快速、准确、用样量少、测量范围宽的要求,我们在原来的间接法将二氧化碳转化为甲烷后,用氢焰检测器检测的基础上引进了微处理机,用峰面积定量,配合单点校正法软件,并对进样期间的色谱信号实时数据采集、自动判峰、分峰方面进行了试验,制订了最佳实时参数和方法参数。此法可测任意量的二氧化碳。
