如今,小学语文阅读能力测试普遍存在着要求模糊、命题随意的弊端,基层教师无所适从。造成这一问题的根本原因在于,命题者缺乏可供遵循的阅读测试目标体系,没能准确把握阅读测试的具体目标。阅读测试目标是编制阅读试题的准绳与参照,只有构建起科学合理、可操作性强的目标体系,才能编制出具有较高效度与信度的阅读试题,才能科学检测出学生真实的阅读能力水平。
Nowadays, the basic reading ability tests of primary schools generally have the defects of vagueness and arbitrary proposition, and grassroots teachers are at a loss. The root cause of this problem is that the proponents lack of reading test objectives to be followed, failing to accurately grasp the specific goals of the reading test. The goal of reading test is to set the standard and reference of reading test questions. Only by building a scientific, reasonable and operable target system can we produce reading questions with high validity and reliability so as to scientifically detect students’ actual reading ability.
