西藏羊卓雍湖抽水蓄能电站主要机电设备采购合同于1992年5月4日在北京签字。羊湖电站发电水头和抽水扬程均超过800m,设计选用的三机式抽水蓄能机组及高原高压电气设备,目前国内产品的品种、性能及试制周期,尚不能满足电站性能及投产时间的需要。经国家批准,羊湖电站4台三机式抽水蓄能机组及其附属设备、4台主变压器、4台发电机油断路器及1台直径2300mm蝴蝶阀等主要机电设备,均利用国家外汇,以询价议标的方式向国外采购。
The main mechanical and electrical equipment procurement contract of Tibet Yamdroj Lake Pumped Storage Power Station was signed in Beijing on May 4, 1992. Yangpu Power Station head and pumping head are more than 800m, the design of the selected three-type pumped storage units and plateau high-voltage electrical equipment, the current domestic product variety, performance and trial cycle, still can not meet the power station performance and commissioning time needs. Approved by the State, four sets of three-type pumped storage units and their ancillary equipment, four main transformers, four generator oil circuit breakers and a butterfly valve with a diameter of 2300mm have been utilized by Yanghu Power Station, Inquiry negotiable way to the procurement.
