用14×10~3芽孢/ml 处理致倦库蚊4龄幼虫24小时,残存的幼虫可继续化蛹,但死亡率明显高于对照组,分别为30.52%和11.63%(p<0.01)。实验组死蛹及活蛹体内均有 B、t、H-14活芽孢。实验组和对照组:子_1代卵的孵化率(%)分别为82.29±5.10和94.57±5.89(p<0.05);幼虫死亡率(%)分别为:35.25±10.20和6.88±8.56(p<0.05)证明用 B、t、H—14处理蚊幼后对残存蚊幼及后代的发育有一定的影响。
The 4th instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens were treated with 14 × 10-3 spores / ml for 24 hours. The remaining larvae could continue to pupate, but the mortality rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (30.52% and 11.63%, p <0.01). Experimental group of dead pupae and live pupae have B, t, H-14 live spores. The hatching rates (%) of the progeny eggs in the experimental group and the control group were 82.29 ± 5.10 and 94.57 ± 5.89 (p <0.05), respectively; the larval mortality rates were 35.25 ± 10.20 and 6.88 ± 8.56 <0.05) demonstrated that treatment of mosquito with B, t, H-14 had certain influence on the development of the remaining mosquito and its offspring.
