水库规划设计中采用的水文学调洪演算方法,不能得出库区各断面的水位和流量而只能得到坝前水位和出流,因此库区的最高淹没线是借助水面线的推算来解决的.这种淹没线是洪水波波峰的轨迹线,并非水面线.应用水力学不稳定流演算,虽然能解决此问题,但是在水库下段水平区,特别近坝段区域有效过水面积难于确定无法运用.在此区域,采用水文学方法,由于水面较平且同步性较好,则具有良好的适用条件.为此,本文取水文学与水力学两者的优点,提出一种联合模型来解决水库洪水演进问题与水库淹没线问题.
