一、前言为了解渤、黄海污染对沿海渔民健康的影响,需要进行大范围的、综合性的调查研究。这是因为环境污染对人体健康的影响是错综复杂的,特别是污染物浓度较低,而接触的时间又较长。因此我们在对海产品污染物的富集和残留、人体污染物蓄积水平以及对人体的致突、致畸等综合研究的基础上对沿渤、黄海五省市(辽宁、河北、天津、山东、江苏)渔民与对照组农民共1279064人进行了四年(1976～1979年)的死因回顾调查,重点是恶性肿瘤的死亡情况。
I. Introduction In order to understand the impact of the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea pollution on the health of coastal fishermen, a large-scale and comprehensive investigation and study is needed. This is because the impact of environmental pollution on human health is complex, especially when the pollutant concentration is low and the contact time is longer. Therefore, based on the comprehensive study on the enrichment and residue of marine pollutants, the accumulation level of human pollutants, and the sudden and teratogenic effects on the human body, we conducted a survey on five coastal provinces (Liaoning, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong , Jiangsu) Fishermen and control group of farmers a total of 1279064 for four years (1976 ~ 1979) of the cause of death, a retrospective survey, focusing on the death of malignant tumors.
